However, by uploading content, users grant Instavites.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Instavites.com may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason by giving notice to users. Users may also terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the Site.

13. Changes to Terms

Instavites.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Instavites.com with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
